I have three main goals as a therapist:
To build a meaningful therapeutic relationship with you
To help alleviate the mental stressors and challenges in your life
To serve as a knowledgeable companion on your journey of personal growth and healing
My approach draws from cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapies. I integrate these modalities with others to provide a balance of structure and freedom tailored to your individual needs. I hold a Master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness and a Bachelor of Arts in Musicology and Cultural Criticism, both from New York University.
My background in the arts deeply informs my work as a therapist. Studying and engaging with art has shaped how I listen, how I respond, and how I sit with the unknown. It has taught me to collaborate with care, think creatively within constraints, and remain open to nuance, which guides the way I show up in the therapy room.
I believe you hold the power to create any inner change you truly desire, and while you don’t need me to do that, having a companion to offer accountability, insight, and compassion can be a crucial part of meaningful growth. If you’re interested in exploring your inner world, giving yourself a space to heal, and pursuing a life aligned with your most genuine self, I encourage you to reach out.
