I choose to use an integrative approach, including psychotherapy and hypnosis, due to different personality types, socio-cultural factors, and the individual needs and goals of each client. I use the Biopsychosocial model, which asserts that any issues we face are affected by biological, psychological, and socio-cultural factors in order to understand the WHOLE person and achieve deeper healing.
