It’s my belief that every person has the innate capacity for healing and growth, but change can be difficult. My goal as a therapist is to join you along this journey and to support you at every juncture/step of the way, I’m here to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your emotions and guide you toward self-acceptance. My passion is to destigmatize mental health and empower your personal relationship with mental health. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, that’s why I meet clients where they’re at and create individualized care from person-centered and humanistic approaches for each person. By meeting you with curiosity and empathy, I aim to support you in becoming the most honest and authentic version of yourself. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology at New York University. During my undergrad, I gained a background in adolescent/young adult LGBTQ+ research and have experience working with college students. I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University.
