My approach consists mainly of Rational Emotive Behavioral (REBT), Relational-Cultural, and Psychodynamic therapies. I am adaptable in my approach according to the needs of my clients. Overall, I am a person who will listen, be understanding, and be accepting of all identities and experiences.
Life is filled with experiences of hardship. What helps us endure these experiences is connection with others. As your therapist I will prioritize our therapeutic relationship as we work together to create a safe, comforting, non-judgmental environment. Through connection and exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors we can find your individualized path to healing. Together we can navigate challenges, learn, and move forward in your journey of growth.
I am currently in the process of completing my Masters in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. Previously, I attended Providence College where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology with a Minor in Women’s and Gender Studies.
