It’s not always easy to take care of ourselves—especially when life feels overwhelming. Therapy can be a space where you feel supported, seen, and able to show up as your full self. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, or life transitions, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out all at once.My approach is flexible, compassionate, and grounded in what works for you. I draw from person-centered, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) practices to support your goals in a way that feels right for you. I’ve worked with teens, adults, and couples on everything from depression and stress to sexuality and gender exploration.

As a Black nonbinary therapist, I hold space for the complexities of identity and experience. I strive to create a space that’s safe, judgment-free, and affirming—where you don’t have to explain who you are. I believe in honest, supportive conversations and building a relationship rooted in trust and mutual respect.I received my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and my BA in Psychology from The City College of New York. I’d be honored to connect and support you wherever you are in your journey.
