Carlie Vasquez
Hi, I’m Carlie. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges through a warm, nonjudgmental, and strength-based approach. I believe that therapy is a collaborative space where clients can feel supported in exploring their experiences, developing greater self-understanding, and moving through periods of change with compassion and curiosity.

Originally from North Carolina, I understand how difficult life transitions can feel, whether that involves moving to a new city, grieving the loss of a loved one, starting a new career, or discovering new parts of yourself along the way. These experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and relate to others, often carrying emotions that deserve space and attention. I am dedicated to supporting clients through these transitions while tailoring the therapeutic experience to each person’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.

As a biracial woman raised in both Mexican and American cultures, I also bring a multicultural perspective into the therapeutic space. I believe that you are the expert of your own story, and that therapy can offer an opportunity to better understand the patterns, strengths, and experiences that have shaped you. Together, we can work toward creating a version of life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned with who you are.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Hispanic Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. My experience working with high-risk youth, along with witnessing mental health challenges within my own family, has deeply shaped the therapist I am becoming. I understand the value of having someone in your corner, a steady, supportive presence who can help remind you of your resilience and growth along the way.

I look forward to supporting you through your journey and celebrating the milestones you reach throughout the process.
