Creativity has always been at the heart of how I understand the world and connect with others. With a deep passion for the arts, I’ve come to appreciate that each person sees and experiences life through a unique lens. I bring that perspective into my therapeutic work, honoring the individuality of every client and meeting them where they are. Choosing to begin therapy is a brave and meaningful step, and I deeply admire the strength it takes to begin that journey.

My approach is person-centered and rooted in empathy, collaboration, and unconditional positive regard. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore your inner world at your own pace and in your own way.

My clinical experience includes supporting adults, adolescents, and children navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the effects of domestic violence. I have worked closely with neurodivergent individuals using ABA and ACT informed approaches and have served as a recovery coach for adults in eating disorder recovery, drawing on DBT principles. I also volunteer as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence, working to ensure individuals feel safe, empowered, and supported.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University at Albany and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Western Connecticut State University. Above all, I’m here to help you create a space that feels truly your own, one that supports your healing, growth, and connection to self.
