My goal as a therapist is to offer a space that feels collaborative, steady, and real where clients can explore their inner world with authenticity and compassion. I bring a warm and grounded presence to my work and believe that healing takes shape through genuine human connection built on trust and mutual respect. Every person who comes into therapy has a story that deserves to be heard, and I work to honor that by meeting people where they are and moving at a pace that feels right for them.
I draw from person-centered therapy, attachment-based therapy, and somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, weaving these perspectives together in a way that fits each client rather than forcing a single method. Our work will involve exploring how emotions, thoughts, and physical experiences intersect, helping clients deepen their self-understanding, build emotional resilience, and cultivate a stronger sense of agency in their lives. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity development.
Before working at The Soho Center, I earned a Master in Mental Health Counseling and an Advanced Certificate in LGBTQ+ Health, Education and Social Services from New York University, as well as a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Georgia. As I grow in my career, I am dedicated to ongoing professional development and evidence-informed practice to ensure the highest standard of care for my clients.
