Therapy is an empowering journey that invites you to explore your inner world and make meaningful changes in your life. When life feels overwhelming, a positive therapeutic relationship can make all the difference. I believe that authentic human connection has the power to heal our wounded parts and help us feel equipped to face life’s challenges. My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you can freely explore and express yourself, and where we can work together to identify and understand any struggles you may be experiencing.

I am currently pursuing my MA in Mental Health Counseling at Adelphi University, with a focus on clinical work in trauma, severe mental illness, personality disorders, and couples therapy. I tailor my approach to each client, drawing from Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic theories, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Whenever you’re ready, I will be here to support and guide you toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. I believe you already have everything you need within you—my role is simply to help illuminate and empower those parts.
