Seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when you don’t know where to start. While you navigate emotions, relationships, or life experiences that feel difficult to vocalize, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My goal is to foster an environment where you feel empowered as we work together toward meaningful growth, even when change may initially feel out of reach.
I take a relational and integrative approach to therapy, recognizing that every individual’s experience and goals are unique. Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process, and I tailor my work to best support each client wherever they may be in their journey. I value authenticity, real connection, and meeting clients where they are to move toward a more fulfilling and balanced way of living.
I aim to provide a welcoming, emotionally safe space where clients can develop confidence in their ability to create lasting change. Our therapeutic journey will be collaborative, grounded in trust, curiosity, and compassion, and I feel privileged to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges and deepen self-understanding.
I am currently pursing my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at NYU Steinhardt, while working toward LMHC licensure. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My educational and professional experiences have provided me with a broad foundation in both clinical and research settings, including trauma-focused research centered on family and parent-child dynamics. Additionally, my experience working within the matchmaking field has deepened my understanding of relationships, interpersonal dynamics, and emotional connection, further strengthening my ability to build a meaningful therapeutic relationship with clients.
