I believe our relationships, cultural experiences, and the expectations we've learned to carry all influence how we see ourselves and move through the world. My hope is to create a space where you can explore those experiences openly while feeling supported and challenged in ways that encourage meaningful growth. Together, we'll work to better understand the patterns that continue to show up in your emotions, relationships, and daily life—not simply to understand where they came from, but to help you respond to them with greater intention, self-awareness, and confidence.

As a Vietnamese woman who has lived across different cultures and countries, I understand how culture, immigration, family values, and social expectations can shape identity, relationships, and self-worth. These experiences have deeply influenced my interest in working with young adults, immigrants, international students, and individuals from multicultural backgrounds navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, identity development, and life transitions. While every person's story is unique, I strive to approach each client with curiosity, respect, and an appreciation for the experiences that have shaped who they are.

I am currently pursuing an Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling: Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Suffolk University, where my research focused on PTSD, post-traumatic growth, immigrant mental health, and intimate relationships. I am committed to supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, identity development, multicultural concerns, relationship dynamics, and life transitions with curiosity, compassion, and evidence-informed care
