I offer a compassionate and reflective space for individuals to explore their inner worlds, grounded in the understanding that our past experiences shape our present reality. Through the therapeutic relationship, we can uncover patterns, reprocess relational dynamics, and cultivate new ways of being that support healing and personal growth. I believe that connection—both with others and with ourselves—is central to this work, helping to foster meaningful relationships and build a sense of belonging within supportive communities.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at City College of New York. I have experience supporting individuals living with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. With over a decade of experience in body-based practices, I often integrate holistic approaches into therapy—paying attention to daily rhythms, sleep, nutrition, movement, and time spent in nature.
I believe that finding the right therapeutic fit is essential and welcome any questions about the process. I look forward to the possibility of working together.
