Connection is central to this work. We often find ourselves repeating patterns we don’t understand when struggling to navigate relationships, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Examining how your past shapes your present and illuminating these patterns in therapy can lead to meaningful change in your day-to-day life.
I provide LGBTQIA+ trauma-informed, affirming therapy, paired with a holistic perspective through a psychodynamic lens. If you are exploring sexuality, gender, relationships, faith, culture, family, or any other integral identities, you are surely welcomed. I am familiar with the recovery process for those who have witnessed or experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse, and trafficking. I hold over a decade of experience in body-based practices, and I am familiar with helping people navigate acute PTSD symptoms. I possess a deep consideration for neurodivergent and highly sensitive individuals, and honor what you bring into the room. Together, we will explore the relationship between emotional well-being and the rhythms of daily life, including sleep, movement, nutrition, rest, and time spent in nature.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the City College of New York (CCNY).
