I approach therapy with a deep awareness of the intersectionality of identities and lived experiences. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and inclusive space where you can explore your cultural background, values, beliefs, and personal story. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to my work—I take time to understand who you are before challenging deeper concerns. Together, we develop collaborative, holistic goals that align with the life you want to live and the person you want to become.I believe every client has the capacity for growth and resilience. My integrative approach draws from person-centered, narrative, and psychodynamic therapies to meet your unique needs. Through unconditional positive regard, I support you in strengthening self-trust and deepening emotional awareness. We may explore internalized or harmful narratives and work toward creating more empowering ones, while also examining underlying emotions, formative experiences, and relational patterns that continue to shape your present challenges.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, where I was trained to practice with cultural humility, examine personal bias, and utilize diverse clinical modalities. My clinical experience includes working with individuals serving life sentences in a transitional housing program and adults in community behavioral health settings across a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds. I have supported clients navigating generational trauma, sexual violence, religion and spirituality, sexuality, family dynamics, ableism, chronic or terminal illness, and life transitions. Above all, I aim to offer a compassionate, collaborative space where healing feels possible and growth feels sustainable.
