Abigail Estrella
My work centers on helping clients reconnect with and heal their inner child, the part of themselves shaped by early life experiences, family dynamics, and unmet emotional needs. Through a humanistic approach, I create a nurturing space for clients to explore the emotional patterns developed in childhood and how those patterns continue to impact relationships, self-worth, and life choices. My goal is to support each person in nurturing their emotional needs, reframing limiting beliefs, and breaking free from old survival patterns.

Sessions with me are centered on helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and move forward with clarity, while honoring the cultural, spiritual, and personal experiences that shape who you are. Whether you're navigating life transitions, anxiety, or issues related to identity and self-worth, we'll work together to create a path toward healing and inner peace. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavioral techniques, and reflective practices to support growth in a way that respects your values and lived experience.

As a first-generation Muslim woman, I bring a multicultural and inclusive perspective to my practice, along with fluency in English and Krio. I hold a Master’s degree in Youth Studies and am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lehman College. My lived experience, combined with academic training, allows me to offer compassionate, culturally responsive care to clients from all walks of life.
