I firmly believe that every human being is capable of improving their life, when they are ready to do so, and with the help of a well-matched therapist. I follow existential and humanistic theories in my therapeutic approach and work with you to gain a better understanding of who you are and what you want to achieve. I have a systems approach to psychotherapy and believe we are an accumulation of our identity, our values, our relationships, our work and our families of origin.
I follow an integrated approach in our therapeutic alliance, with a focus on your physical and mental health, your sense of self, your self-esteem, and your personal and work relationships and their impact on your hopes for yourself. We will explore the parts of what makes you who you are, the cultural influences in your life and the constraints that are in your way here and now, all in an open, non-judgmental and welcoming environment. I am direct, insightful and respectful and embrace the courage it takes to start this exploration of yourself. I have many years of experience in change management, especially in vocational settings. Through a combination of systems approach and an existential philosophy, we can better understand how you can bring more fulfillment to your life, and together design concrete, practical steps for you to undertake to achieve your goals.
