As a psychotherapist, I am committed to providing treatment that is compassionate, empathetic, nonjudgmental and practical. By utilizing my experience and knowledge I help my clients to reach their short term and long term goals. I do this by imparting a warm, relatable and insightful approach as we confront life challenges and emotional struggles head-on. Aiding my clients with taking steps forward in exploration of their hopes and fears allows for development of a more stable, richer and fulfilling lifestyle. I aim to transform painful experiences into opportunities for healing and growth.
In my practice, I utilize an integrative approach, incorporating psychodynamic, strengths-based, attachment theory, and CBT approaches. Together, we develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs. I have experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including but not limited to Washington Irving High School, and the Jewish Community Center in Manhattan.
I received my BA in Psychology from The University of Connecticut, my MSW from Fordham Graduate School of Social Service, and my Licensure from New York State in 2019
