Jill received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Juris Doctor from New York University and has returned to NYU to earn her Master’s in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling. Jill has many years of experience as an advocate, teacher and mentor.
Jill believes in using an integrative therapeutic approach to support and assist clients in achieving their life goals by collaboratively examining and modifying patterns of thinking and behavior that underlie anxiety and depression and inhibit personal growth and engagement in life. Jill uses a number of interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and solutions focused therapy to create an individualized plan for each client, tailored to their particular needs. Three senior clinicians (founders of the Soho Center) will be approving your treatment plan and offering support and guidance when needed throughout the process.
Jill welcomes the opportunity to work with individuals and couples on a variety of issues, including personal and vocational development, relationships, marriage, divorce and custody.
