I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University, a Family Psychotherapy Masters in Arts from Columbia University-Teachers college, and a Bachelor in Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages and with various diagnoses.
I practice and emphasize a genuine and non-judgmental approach and like to incorporate positive psychology and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients reach their individual goals. I particularly enjoy working with clients to improve their self-esteem and confidence.
I enjoy spending time outdoors and being active, and would love to be able to travel the world and experience different cultures and learn about their habits and practices.
