I want to help you explore problematic areas in your lives that may be hindering you from living the life you aspire. I will meet you with compassion, accept you for who you are, and respect your individual needs. I strongly believe in tailoring to your needs and providing you with the care to enable growth. I draw techniques from different modalities including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. I work on integrating the mind, body, and spirit by embracing creative means of self-expression like play & drama therapy.
I am an avid reader and a passionate baker, who enjoys taking long walks in the park, exploring new cafes and cuddling with dogs.
