Early in my career as a healthcare professional, I became aware of the mind-body connection and its effect on our emotional well-being. I view counseling as a person centered, creative process of healing, wellness and self-discovery. I strive to help my clients identify and capitalize on their strengths and to quiet down the inner critic, in order to find their own voice and meaning.
