I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, focusing on the needs, goals, and aspirations of the client. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to discuss any and all issues they may be facing. There is no one right way to approach an issue and I think we can find the best solution when we work through it together. Similarly, I believe that a variety of techniques can be useful in the therapeutic space, and I want to tailor specific techniques to my client’s issues. I consider myself to have an integrative, eclectic approach to therapy with focuses in CBT and psychodynamic orientations.
I am currently completing my Master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University and received by Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of California, Berkeley.
